# QuickBooks – Integration Scope

Antei syncs structured financial and transactional data from your connected QuickBooks account. This integration supports global reconciliation, vendor-based tax workflows, and compliance configuration based on real financial activity.

## Syncing Scope

The following data is synced from QuickBooks to Antei in a read-only manner.

| :---------------- | :------------------------------------------------------- | :----------- |
| **Customers**     | Customer name, email, address, and metadata              | Every 1 hour |
| **Invoices**      | Invoice number, amount, status, due dates, and tax flags | Every 1 hour |
| **Items**         | Product/service names, pricing, category, and tax config | Every 1 hour |
| **Payments**      | Payment records linked to invoices and customers         | Every 1 hour |
| **Bill Payments** | Vendor-side purchases and expense classifications        | Every 1 hour |
| **Vendors**       | Supplier name, address, country, and tax ID              | Every 1 hour |

## Data Access & Security

We request only the minimum required scope from QuickBooks to enable data sync. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
