# Xero – Integration Scope

Antei syncs structured financial and billing data from your connected Xero account to enable automated reconciliation, tax mapping, and compliance workflows.

## Syncing Scope

The following data is synced from Xero into Antei in a secure, read-only fashion.

| :----------- | :------------------------------------------------------------ | :----------- |
| **Contacts** | Customers, suppliers, metadata, and tax identification fields | Every 1 hour |
| **Invoices** | Invoice numbers, tax amounts, due dates, and status           | Every 1 hour |
| **Items**    | Products/services with pricing and tax category configuration | Every 1 hour |
| **Payments** | Linked payments, amounts, and invoice matching                | Every 1 hour |

## Actionable Scope

Antei does not perform any outbound actions on Xero at this time.

## Data Access & Security

Antei only requests the minimum necessary scopes from Xero to perform data syncing. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

> OAuth tokens are securely stored, and each sync is logged in your organization’s audit trail. We do not access bank details, card data, or confidential ledger settings.
