# Zoho Books – Integration Scope

Antei integrates with Zoho Books to ingest financial, expense, and invoicing data, enabling automated reconciliation, tax mapping, and reporting across jurisdictions.

## Syncing Scope

The following data is synced securely from Zoho Books into Antei.

| **Contacts** | Customer and vendor records with tax IDs and metadata            | Every 1 hour |
| **Orders**   | Sales orders, fulfillment status, and associated customer info   | Every 1 hour |
| **Invoices** | Invoice data, due dates, line items, and tax amounts             | Every 1 hour |
| **Expenses** | Organization-level expenses and vendor payments                  | Every 1 hour |
| **Items**    | Product/service catalog with pricing and tax applicability flags | Every 1 hour |

## Actionable Scope

Antei does not currently perform any outbound actions through Zoho Books.

## Data Access & Security

Antei uses encrypted, tokenized API access with Zoho Books. Only read-only scopes are requested, and no sensitive billing credentials or bank-level data is accessed.

> All sync operations are logged and traceable via Antei’s internal audit log system. You can revoke access from Zoho at any time.
