Outlook – Integration Scope

Antei integrates with Microsoft Outlook to securely ingest both email and calendar data. This enables automated workflows for indirect tax management, deadline tracking, and compliance-related communications.

Syncing Scope

Antei syncs calendar and email data from Outlook using scoped read-only access for email and limited action access for calendar.

✓ Note: Email sync is scoped to tax-related folders and labels. Personal inboxes and content are excluded.

Actionable Scope

Antei can optionally write calendar events for tax return reminders or workflow-linked milestones.

✓ Tip: Action scope is optional and configurable. No outbound actions are performed on email data.

Data Access & Security

Antei uses OAuth 2.0 via Microsoft Graph API. Permissions are limited to the minimum required for email headers and calendar control.

Email sync is read-only and scoped to specific folders. No content from unrelated inboxes is accessed. Calendar write access is optional and can be revoked anytime.
