Razorpay – Integration Setup
This guide outlines how to connect your Razorpay account to Antei. The integration enables real-time sync of payment activity and supports tax-compliant invoice generation and jurisdiction-specific payment links.
Authentication Method
Antei connects to Razorpay using a custom key-based integration with scoped API access.
- Type: API Key (Key ID & Secret)
- Permissions Required:
- Read access to invoices, customers, payments, and refunds
- Write access to create payment links and issue invoices
- Token Management: Keys are stored encrypted and isolated per workspace
- Security: All API calls are signed and audited. You can revoke API access from your Razorpay dashboard.
🔐 Antei is SOC 2 compliant. API activity is logged in your organization’s audit trail.
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Navigate to Integrations → Razorpay
From the Antei dashboard, go to Integrations and click Connect Razorpay.
2. Enter API Key & Secret
Paste your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret. These can be found under Settings → API Keys in your Razorpay dashboard.
3. Configure Sync Settings
After connecting, choose:
- Jurisdiction assignment — map the Razorpay account to a country
- Data window — choose how far back to sync invoices and payments
- Webhook Setup — Antei automatically registers a webhook for real-time updates
✅ Antei only pulls and sends data needed for tax workflows. Sensitive billing data and payment method tokens are never accessed.
Verification & Testing
Once configured, Antei will run a full validation and sync test:
- Invoice fetch test
- Customer and payment mapping preview
- Webhook event test for real-time payment capture
You can monitor connection health and sync logs under Settings → Integrations → Razorpay.
FAQs
Where do I find my API credentials in Razorpay?
Navigate to Razorpay → Settings → API Keys. You must have admin permissions to view or regenerate them.
Does Antei store payment methods or card tokens?
No. We only access summary payment data (amounts, timestamps, refund status) — not full card or UPI info.
Can I disable outbound actions?
Yes — you can turn off invoice generation and payment link creation from the Razorpay integration settings.
How often is data synced?
Every 1 hour, with real-time updates captured via webhook events.
