User Consent & Control

Antei provides fine-grained control over data access, sync frequency, and integration behavior — giving organizations full transparency and authority over their compliance workflows.

All integrations are established through explicit user authorization using OAuth 2.0 or secure API keys.

  • Scopes are clearly listed before authorization
  • No background data collection is performed without consent
  • Every token is scoped to an organization and stored encrypted

Integration Disconnect

You can revoke data access at any time via:

  • The Antei dashboard → Integrations
  • The third-party provider’s Authorized Apps section (e.g., Stripe, Google, Zoho)

Once disconnected:

  • Background jobs and syncs are halted
  • Tokens are invalidated immediately
  • No data fetch or update requests are made from Antei’s system

Manual Overrides

Admins and controllers can manually:

  • Disable specific sync flows
  • Block fields from being mapped
  • Flag entities for review or exclusion
  • Remove uploaded files or documents from Vault

Audit Trail Visibility

All actions — including authorizations, sync changes, and disconnects — are logged with timestamps and user attribution in the Audit Trail.

This provides a transparent view of consent and data access history.
